Kickoff 2026 with Coca-Cola Sweepstakes Official Rules

No purchase or store visitation necessary to enter or win. A purchase or store visitation will not increase your chances of winning.

HOW TO ENTER

Between 12:00 am CDT 1/1/2026 and 11:59 pm CDT 2/28/2026, Fetch users may enter the Sweepstakes using one of the following methods of entry:

Via Fetch Mobile Application: One (1) entry into the Sweepstakes may be earned by (1) visiting any Florida retailer and purchasing a 20 oz bottle of Coca-Cola®, Diet Coke®, Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar, or Sprite® (2) logging into the Fetch mobile application using your Fetch mobile application user account, and (3) scanning the qualifying receipt into the Fetch mobile application during the Sweepstakes Period.

Via Mail: One (1) entry will also be awarded to users who send a hand-addressed postcard to Fetch Rewards, LLC., Attn: Kickoff 2026 with Coca-Cola Sweepstake, 609 W Randolph St., Chicago, IL 60661. Mail-in entries must be received by 11:59 pm CDT on 2/28/2026.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Users can only earn entries either through the purchase and scan method or through the mail-in alternative; entries will not be awarded for both.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to residents 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the state of Florida. The officers, directors, and employees of Fetch Rewards, Inc, Coke Florida Entities, The Coca-Cola Company, other Coca-Cola bottlers, or any of their respective affiliates, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. A valid Fetch user account is required.

RANDOM DRAWING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. A random drawing of eligible entries will be conducted on or about 3/16/2026. Winners will be notified via App notification on or about 5pm CDT on 3/16/2026. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

By entering Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Judges, which shall be final in all matters. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Fetch Rewards Inc., Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC, and those companies’ affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize. Acceptance also constitutes permission to Fetch Rewards Inc. and Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC to use winner’s name and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Fetch Rewards Inc. and its affiliated companies will not be responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or prize notices or for any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. In the event of any such error, Fetch Rewards Inc. reserves the right to request that the Judges modify this Sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by the Judges, at the Judges’ sole discretion. All federal and state laws apply.

PRIZE

One Grand Prize winner will receive a $1250 travel voucher and 4 tickets to the Jun 27, 2026, World Cup Match 71 (Group K) at Hard Rock Stadium- Miami Gardens, FL

Grand Prize Conditions: Total Grand Prize package value is approximately $2250. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and Co, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Sponsor and Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC are not responsible if the Live Event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason and Grand Prize Winner will not be reimbursed for the live event ticket. Grand Prize winner and their guests agree to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions, and all applicable venue rules and regulations, including with respect to health and safety protocols. Potential Grand Prize winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and a publicity release, and IRS Form W-9. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on the prizes, and any other costs, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Five hundred (500) entries will receive a prize pack with drawstring bag, keyring, notebook, bottle opener, color changing cup, soccer ball, and cooling hat. Total prize package value is approximately $112 per pack.

Other Prize Conditions: No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on the prizes, and any other costs, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the winners.

If any winner fails to pick up or redeem the prize at the location designated by Sponsor on a date and time designated by the Sponsor, or fails to execute any document required by the Sponsor, the Sponsor will consider such winner to have forfeited the prize and another prize winner will be selected.

PRIVACY: DATA COLLECTION

Submission of an Entry and any prize notification documents constitutes your consent for Fetch Rewards, LLC. to obtain, use, and transfer your name and address for Sweepstakes administration purposes. Any information provided by you for this Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by Entrants at the time of Entry, with these Official Rules, and is subject to Fetch Rewards, LLC.’s privacy policy located at: https://fetch.com/privacy-policy. If you are verified as a Winner, your first name, last initial and state will be included in a publicly available winner’s list.

WINNER LIST

The prize winner, regardless of method of entry, will be notified via in-App notification on or about 5pm CDT on 3/16/2026.

For a winner list, where required by law, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope no later than thirty (30) days after the end date of the Sweepstakes to: Fetch Rewards, LLC., Attn: Kickoff 2026 with Coca-Cola Sweepstake – Winners List, 609 W Randolph St. Chicago, IL 60661.

DISPUTES

Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than the administration of the Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a court having competent jurisdiction located in the state of Illinois, U.S.A.; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will registrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and registrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, U.S.A., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
