Fetch.com is a delivery service that allows you to get what you need from hundreds of local businesses including restaurants, cafes, food trucks, grocery stores, convenience stores, flower shops, dry cleaners, hardware and more…
Currently, we are operating in Santa Fe, Tesuque, and Eldorado, New Mexico. We are also beta testing in Boulder, Colorado. Send us an email and let us know if you are interested in becoming a beta tester in Boulder.
Select category you want, enter business or address, select or enter delivery items and the nearest Fetch driver will pick up from one or multiple locations.
Delivery Fee
Our delivery fee is $4.99 for the first 2.5 miles and $2 for each additional mile, plus a 3% transaction fee.
Service Fee
Featured businesses, such as our Fetch Favorites, have reduced or no service fees. All other purchases include a service fee of 20% with a $3.99 minimum. If an order is an errand or does not include a menu item or product, the minimum service fee is $4.99.
Transaction Fee
A 3% transaction fee is added to each order.
We have drivers in Santa Fe from 8am-10pm.
Anything you want from multiple locations as long as it’s legal. Alcohol delivery is illegal in New Mexico.
Yes, you can create a detailed shopping list with photos.
Not at this time.
Your orders are with the Fetch drivers. They make the purchase on your behalf in your name. Thus, you are the purchaser and final user. All returns will be made by customers without involving Fetch. We will do everything possible to resolve disputes. If you need support, please email support@fetch.com or call 505-GO-FETCH.
Fetch drivers are independent contractors that we carefully vet and run background checks. These people make their own hours and schedule.
As long as you have an assigned Fetch driver you can follow them real time and communicate with any questions. If you do not have aFetch driver assigned, your order remains in the system as pending. In any case, if you would like to cancel your order and you can do it yourself at no cost while the order is pending.
If you have received an incomplete or wrong order, contact your Fetch driver and they will get back to you promptly with a solution.
If the order has not arrived in good condition, contact your Fetch driver and they will work with you right away on a solution.
If you want to change your order, just contact your Fetch driver via phone or messaging within the app. Since a Fetch driver accepts your order, you both have each other’s phone to answer any questions that may arise in the most effective way. If you want to add items then you must place another Fetch order.
Need to cancel? You can cancel if the order is still pending. If the order has already been processed by a Fetch driver, you must bear the costs of transport and, if the purchase was made, the product.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
You can use the Fetch app to send a tip to your driver.
What happened? This is not what I ordered! If you placed the order please contact the vendor directly to resolve. If the Fetch driver made a mistake please contact the driver directly to resolve. For all other issues, please send an email to support@fetch.com.
