Amazon Prime Day is like Christmas in July for deal hunters, and this year they’ve expanded it even further. We’ve got the rundown of Amazon’s Prime Day 2025 dates, top deals and tips for maxing out your savings and rewards with the Fetch app.

You do have the Fetch app, right? If not, be sure to download it now to start snapping receipts and earning rewards.

When is Amazon Prime Day?

Amazon Prime Day hasn’t been just one day for a while now, but they’re doubling down for 2025: Amazon Prime Day is four days: July 8-11, 2025. That gives you more than enough time to redeem your Fetch Points before the next Amazon Prime Day.

If you’re marking off your calendar, Prime Day runs from Tuesday through Friday in the second week of July.

Is Prime Day twice a year?

You might think Amazon Prime Day comes twice a year, as the retail giant has another massive sale in October, but that’s technically a different event. Called Amazon Prime Big Deal Days, it’s expected to come in the second week of October, but dates haven’t been announced yet.

You can expect similar kinds of deals in October, but Prime Day deals tend to be the best offerings Amazon has all year.

What is Amazon Prime Day (and why should you care)?

Amazon Prime Day is a members-only shopping event with some of the best deals of the year, and it’s available only to Amazon Prime members. This is the first year that Prime Day has been extended to a full four days, giving you even more time to hunt for the best Amazon Prime Day deals.

If you aren’t a prime member, you can sign up now so you’ll be able to shop on Prime Day. It’s $14.99 per month or $139 per year and includes Prime Video and Prime Music services.

5 reasons you should care about Amazon Prime Day

What is Amazon Prime Day? It’s a way for you to:

  1. Flex your budget and splurge on something just for you.
  2. Lock down birthday and Christmas gifts.
  3. Upgrade to the latest Kindle or Echo at a discount.
  4. Earn points when spending on your Amazon Visa.
  5. Earn Fetch Points from your Amazon eReceipts.

Best Amazon Prime Day deals to watch for

Prime Day might not officially start until July 8th, but the deals start early on Amazon brands: starting July 1st, Prime members can save up to 30% on a wide variety of Amazon brands, including household essentials and school supplies from Amazon Basics.

Lowest pricing on Amazon devices

It’s their day, so you can expect their brands to be some of the best Amazon Prime Day deals. Here are a few of the ones we know now, but remember to check on Prime Day for all of Amazon’s discounted offers:

Cash back with Prime Visa and Prime Store Card

We mentioned earning points on your Amazon Prime Visa earlier, but the best Prime Day deals become better with a Prime Visa or Prime Store Card:

  • Prime cardmembers can earn 10% back or more on exclusive deals during Prime Day.
  • New Prime Visa members can get a $200 Amazon Gift Card instantly on approval (June 17-July 14).
  • New Prime Store Card members can get an $80 Amazon Gift Card instantly on approval (July 2-11).
  • There’s no annual fee for either card, but you will need to be a Prime member.

Amazon Haul Prime Day deals

Do you know about Amazon Haul? It’s a special section in the Amazon Shopping app that is curated for people stocking up (or people who just love deals).

You’ll find thousands of deals under $5 when you shop their selection of college essentials, fashion, home goods and hot summer finds. That’s in addition to the always-on 5% off a $50 purchase and 10% off a $75+ purchase (it’s a haul, you’re rewarded for having a full cart).

The #1 hack for Prime Day: connect your Amazon account with Fetch

Fetch makes it easy to earn rewards by just opening the app and snapping a receipt, but it’s even easier to earn points with eReceipts. When you connect your Amazon and Fetch accounts, all you need to do is make a few taps in the app to earn your points.

  1. Connect your Amazon account under “My Account” > “eReceipts.”
  2. Fetch checks for eReceipts automatically.
  3. When you have an eReceipt, you’ll notice a little blue eReceipt icon above your camera button in the app.
  4. Just tap the camera and digitally “snap” your eReceipt.

Turn every deal into a reward. Download Fetch and connect your Amazon account to snap your eReceipts.

Stack your savings: redeem points for Amazon gift cards

It’s deals all the way down when you combine Prime Day and Fetch. Finding deals within your deals is simple when you stack your savings:

  1. Take advantage of the Prime Day deals July 8-11.
  2. Let Fetch find the Amazon eReceipt and award you points.
  3. Redeem points for an Amazon gift card (tap your point total, find Amazon, redeem).

Depending on your commitment to saving at Amazon, you could just bank those points until the next Amazon Prime Day, but with all the gift cards available, you can turn savings from those Amazon Prime Day deals into a gift card reward for a date night or a grocery run.

Download your Prime Day secret weapon: Fetch

Amazon Prime Day deals are exciting, but you’re only saving a few days out of the year with Prime Day. When you download Fetch and earn rewards on nearly every purchase, you can earn rewards 24/7/365.

Whether you’re ordering Amazon Basics pantry staples, upgrading your kitchen gear or buying a brand new TV, Prime Day is the time to do it. But remember to do it with Fetch, your free gift card machine.
