This longtime breakfast favorite has released three brand new cereals this year: Oat Crunch Honey with Crunchy Granola (sweetened multigrain flakes with vanilla-oat clusters), High Protein Chocolate Almond, (20 grams of protein per serving!), and warm Cinnamon Zero (cereal puff with no sugar).
Panera Flatbread Pizzas
Panera Bread added the delicious flatbread pizzas to its menus in October of 2020 to instant success and are now bringing the same flatbreads to a supermarket near you. Made with clean ingredients, real cheese, and no artificial ingredients, the “take and bake” pizzas come in cheese, chipotle chicken bacon and Margherita flavors.
Nestle Coffee-Mate Limited-Edition Flavored Creamers
Nestle is great with developing limited-edition flavors to keep your morning coffee ritual interesting, and the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop Tarts that tastes like the iconic baked pastry topped with cinnamon and sugar and Zero Sugar Twist (a pleasant blend milk chocolate, caramel, and buttery cookie) make your day start off on the right foot.
Premier Protein Frozen Protein Pancakes
Everywhere you look, people are looking to add more protein to their diets. With the collaboration between frozen pancake maker De Wafelbakkers and Premier Protein comes the Premier Protein Frozen Protein Pancakes. Available in early 2023 in 12-pack and 24-pack sizes, each easy to make serving will contain a whopping 15g of protein per serving.
Earth Grown Vegan Mozzarella Sticks
Right on time for the big game, vegans will love the cheesiness of these plant-based mozzarella sticks. Easy to make, the meat free snack makes a great party pleaser or game day appetizer.
The Laughing Cow Plant-Based Cheese
Following the vegan trend, Laughing Cow has launched a plant-based alternative to its popular wedge cheese, made with almond milk, coconut oil and pea protein.
Campbell Soup Co FlavorUp!
Adapting to the busy consumer that wants a delicious home-cooked meal without a high price tag. The Campbell Soup Co. FlavorUp! Cooking concentrate can be customized to different flavor levels and great with a grain, protein, or vegetable dish. Three flavors have been released: caramelized onion and burgundy wine, garlic and herb, and savory mushroom and herb.
Banza Four Cheese Chickpea Crust Pizza
2023 is the year of healthy alternatives, and Banza has been leading the way in healthy alternatives since 2014. Known for pasta and rice made of chickpeas, which is produced at a gluten-free facility, most of their products are free of major allergens like milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts and soybeans. Banza launched chickpea pizza this year, after much success from the cauliflower pizza craze.
Trader Joe’s Super Seedy Cheese Snack Bites
If you are lucky enough to have a Trader Joe’s in your town, you know it is the go-to spot for snack items. Trader Joe’s is constantly launching new products, and 2023 is no exception. Crunchy cheese made with puffed quinoa, parmesan, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and black sesame seeds make this the perfect snack-able item.
Del Real Adobo Marinated Pork
Easy protein ideas are great, especially for busy moms who don’t have much time to prepare healthy meals but want all of the benefits of quick and healthy dinner options for their families. New to the Del Real lineup this year is Adobo Marinated Pork, which is great in any Mexican dish like tacos and quesadillas or with a vegetable side dish. Available at Costco, the warehouse club makes batching for multiple servings easy while saving money.
