1. Chocolate-dipped pretzel rods

  • Chocolate chips
  • Holiday sprinkles

Recipe:

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler.
  2. Dip each pretzel rod halfway into the melted chocolate, then roll or sprinkle with holiday sprinkles.
  3. Let them cool on a parchment-lined baking sheet until the chocolate hardens.

2. Peanut butter blossoms

Soft, chewy, and darn-near impossible to eat sparingly, the humble peanut butter blossom is proof positive that simple snacks can be deeply delicious. For apprehensive baking rookies, there’s no better place to start.

Ingredients:

  • Jif Peanut Butter
  • Sugar
  • Chocolate kisses

Recipe:

  1. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of peanut butter with 1 cup of sugar until smooth.

  3. Once out of the oven, press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie while warm.

3. Candy cane bark

Homemade confectionery this easy to make has no business being so tasty, but it’s hard to beat that festive fusion of chocolate and peppermint. Even younger kiddiwinks can join the fun by spreading chocolate and crushing candy.

Ingredients:

  • White chocolate chips
  • Candy canes
  • Peppermint extract

Recipe:

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips, then stir in a few drops of peppermint extract.
  2. Pour the chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  3. Crush candy canes and sprinkle over the melted chocolate.
  4. Let set in the fridge until firm, then break into pieces.

4. Pumpkin spice muffins

Pumpkin spice is a fall staple we’re committed to bringing to winter. Our super-moist and extra soft recipe is perfectly spiced to complement chilly winter evenings – we swear we hear log fires crackling with every sip!

5. Nutella puff pastries

Yuletide decadence, thy name is Nutella puff pastries. We’re talking flaky on buttery on chocolatey on sugary, or we would be if our mouths weren’t full of ’em (with zero regrets).

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry sheets
  • Nutella
  • Powdered sugar

Recipe:

  1. Cut puff pastry sheets into squares, then spread Nutella in the center of each square.
  2. Fold the pastry over the Nutella, crimping the edges to seal.

7. Peppermint hot chocolate fudge

Well worth making solely for the rich aroma that’ll fill your home, this super-indulgent treat earns extra brownie points for not needing the candy thermometer most fudge recipes require. Oh, and it also tastes absolutely phenomenal.

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate chips
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Peppermint candies

Recipe:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  2. Pour into a parchment-lined pan and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies.
  3. Chill in the fridge until set, then cut into squares.

8. Banana oat cookies

Want healthier holiday snacking? Banana oak cookies are here to help! Easy as anything with natural sweetness and off-the-charts chewiness, they’d put a smile on the Grinch’s face, banish “bah, humbug” from Scrooge’s lips, and earn the naughtiest of bakers a place on Santa’s Good List.

Ingredients:

  • Ripe bananas
  • Oats
  • Chocolate chips

Recipe:

  1. Mash 2 ripe bananas and mix with 1 cup of oats.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips as desired.
  3. Drop spoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.

9. Coconut macaroons

Coconut macaroons aren’t just delightfully chewy inside and pleasantly crisp on the outside – they also keep well for days. Make a batch or two ahead of all those holiday parties and outings that crop up before the big day so you’ll always have an irresistibly rich treat on hand.

Ingredients:

  • Shredded coconut
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Vanilla extract

Recipe:

  1. Mix 2 cups of shredded coconut with 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk and a splash of vanilla extract.
  2. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 325°F (165°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden.

10. Rolo turtles

Easy holiday desserts that are a lil’ salty and a lil’ sweet, Rolo Turtles are a holiday baking home run. They’re often the first candies to go, so thank your stars they’re so quick and easy to whip up!

Ingredients:

  • Rold Gold Tiny Twists Mini Pretzels
  • Rolos
  • Pecan halves

Recipe:

  1. Place mini pretzels on a lined baking sheet.
