What is June’s Journey & how do I play?

Set in the Roaring Twenties, June’s Journey is a hidden object mobile puzzle game in which you act as a detective searching for clues across a variety of different scenes. There are two different types of gameplay in June’s Journey:

• Hidden Object Scenes: In these scenes, you search for a series of hidden items in a picture. At the bottom of your screen, you’ll see the list of items you’re tasked with finding; when you find an item, you tap on it. Once you’ve found all the items in a scene, you’ve cleared that scene. Pro tip: The faster you find and tap the hidden items, the higher your score will be.
• June’s Estate on Orchid Island: In this portion of the game, you need to upgrade, restore, and decorate Orchid Island, June’s family home. As you upgrade and beautify Orchid Island, you’re awarded with flowers which help you unlock new chapters in the game.

How many chapters and scenes are there?

As of July 2024, June’s Journey has more than 90 chapters and 1700 scenes. And the game developers are frequently adding more, which means there’s no shortage of levels to play!

How do I unlock the next chapter?

To unlock the next chapter in June’s Journey, you need to do two things:

1. Complete the previous chapter’s Adventure Scene.
2. Meet the flower level requirement.

In order to get more flowers and increase your flower level, you need to improve Orchid Island by building/upgrading buildings, decorating, and renovating landmarks.

What does my level do and how do I increase it?

You need to increase your level in order to be able to unlock new scenes; you can find out your current level by referring to the number next to your portrait in the top left of your screen when viewing the island.

You need more flowers to increase your level; to know how many flowers you need to increase your level, you can refer to the number next to the flower progress bar, again when viewing your island.

As mentioned above, you can get more flowers by decorating Orchid Island, upgrading buildings, and restoring landmarks; in the shop, you can see how many flowers a decoration or building will earn you by looking at the number next to the flower icon.

What are character cards and how do I find them?

Character cards are a special reward you can earn from star boxes; they help you learn new information about the different characters in June’s Journey. To access character cards you’ve collected, tap the blue satchel (when viewing the island) and then tap the scrapbook, which is where the character cards are kept.
