Your average game of Monopoly may feature more family fallouts than a Shakespearean tragedy staged by MTV, but it’s absolutely worth the risk for that golden moment when mom or dad lands on your Park Place hotel and gets unconditionally annihilated.
Monopoly Solitaire reinvents the classic board game with Solitaire gameplay, and Fetch Play lets you improve your finances for real by allowing you to earn reward points you can redeem for free gift cards to places you already love to spend, including Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Starbucks.
Kick off the Fetch Play lifestyle today by reading how to dominate at Monopoly Solitaire, then start redeeming points for free gift cards by downloading Fetch.

What is Monopoly Solitaire & how do I play?
Monopoly Solitaire is a solo game that blends the sense of unmerciful landlordly power that comes from everyone’s favorite friendship-ender with the card-based strategy of Solitaire.
You’ll still collect properties, build houses and hotels, and roll dice to progress towards Boardwalk, but you’ll earn more rolls to get ahead of AI opponents by playing your cards right. Whenever you move a card to the Foundation in Solitaire, progress is earned to make a Dice Roll on the Monopoly Board Game. When the meters fill, you’ll roll your dice and make your move.
The more rolls you get, the further ahead you’ll streak. Basically, rising to Monopoly’s richest landlord just got an added layer of strategy.
How does Monopoly Solitaire differ from regular Solitaire or Monopoly Go?
The Solitaire in Monopoly Solitaire is the same card game you already know, but Monopoly Go is another story. While Monopoly Solitaire expands on the original with Solitaire, Monopoly Go does so with a whole host of extra features, including new buildings, minigames, and powers like Shield and Auto Roll. One important similarity: both are available on Fetch Play!
Is Monopoly Solitaire free to play?
The chance to earn free gift cards with Fetch Play would feel a little empty if the games themselves stood behind a paywall, right? No danger of that with Monopoly Solitaire – it’s free to download and free to play!
Can I make money playing Monopoly Solitaire?
Using the Fetch Play gaming app to earn points for playing games is a slam dunk strategy for making your gaming time more rewarding, but you can’t make money in the game itself. If you find anyone telling you differently, back away slowly.

How many levels does Monopoly Solitaire have?
You’ll have endless levels to complete with Monopoly Solitaire. Leveling up means earning dollars on the board that get redeemed for XP at the end of each game. You’ll get the same XP whatever difficulty you’re playing on, but be warned that your AI opponents grow increasingly cunning as you progress.
More Monopoly Solitaire hacks, tips & tricks
Newcomers to Monopoly Solitaire may find themselves flummoxed by rules and features not found in the classic board game. Not you, though – not once you get the inside scoop on how to get started.
How to speed in Monopoly Solitaire
Throwing doubles three times in regular Monopoly counts as speeding – believe it or not, straight to jail! Same holds true in Solitaire town. Doubles get you that sweet extra roll, but three doubles in a row sends you to the pokey.
How can I change tokens in Monopoly Solitaire?
Easy. Tap Settings and head to the Lobby, then tap the token in the middle of the screen. Now select your preferred token (I’m a Top Hat man, myself). You’ll see the animation at the top of the screen change to your new token.
Feel like a change from the traditional silver? Change your token’s color by going to the Lobby, tapping the ring icon at the bottom, then tapping “Customize.” Some colors may be locked – keep playing to release them!
What is a hard Monopoly in Monopoly Solitaire?
Multiple Monopoly Solitaire difficulties let you vary between a casual walkover and a devilish match-up of mighty minds. Change difficulties whenever you like by going to the Lobby and selecting a different game mode at the bottom of the screen.
Some key aspects of a hard Monopoly in Monopoly Solitaire include:
- Difficult Card Stacking: The card sequences may be harder to arrange, requiring more moves and strategic thinking.
- Limited Moves or Time: Harder modes may have restrictions on the number of moves you can make or a time limit, adding pressure.
- Increased Property Challenges: Completing property sets or reaching Monopoly goals may be more challenging due to card order and availability.
