Fetch is a free rewards app that enables users to shop online, scan (snap) their receipts and play mobile games for points. Once enough points have been earned, you can redeem your points for free gift cards. At its core, the Fetch App is designed to be as simple and easy to use as possible. We want you to be able to take advantage of Fetch and be able to get more points to put toward free gift cards you can then use to offset your monthly spending and even treat yourself.

How does Fetch work?

The way Fetch works is simple. All you have to do is:

Download the app.
Review your personalized offers and boosted brands (so you can earn extra points).
Snap all your receipts (including email receipts).
Redeem your earned points for gift cards or other rewards of your choosing!

Snap all your receipts

Fetch makes snapping receipts quick and easy. Simply open the app, click the camera icon at the bottom of the screen, tap either the orange camera for paper receipts or the blue eReceipt icon or electronic receipts, and snap away. You will earn at least 25 points for every scan and hundreds of points for featured brands and special offers. Learn how to get the most possible points on a single receipt with Fetch.

Shop online using Fetch Shop

You can also shop directly in Fetch to earn additional points at your favorite stores. Fetch Shop has dozens of popular stores, retailers, and apps that allow you to earn points on every dollar spent. Your points are added to your account when the retailer’s return window closes. This feature lets you earn points effortlessly when you shop online without the need to scan receipts.

To use Fetch Shop, just open the app and look for the shopping cart icon at the bottom of your screen.

Play popular mobile games through Fetch Play

Fetch Play is an in-app feature that allows you to earn points for playing games. With this feature, you can earn points whenever you want. Unwind with hundreds of popular mobile games and quickly pick up the rewards you love. All you have to do is download the games you want to play to your phone and then complete in-game tasks to earn points. Players average 3,000 points a week playing Fetch Play!

You can launch Fetch Play from the app’s Social tab. If it’s your first time using the feature, you’ll tap the “Play now” button to get started.

Once you’ve started using Fetch Play, returning to the feature is just as simple: from the Social tab in the app, click “Play” at the top of your screen (located to the right of “Feed”) and tap the “Play now” button.

Refer friends and family to Fetch

Referrals are one of the easiest and fastest ways to earn thousands of extra points. Simply go to the My Account tab (bottom far-right) and click the “Refer a friend” button. You will see a 6-character code of letters and/or numbers. You can choose to text, email, or share it with a friend or family member. Once they install the app and snap their first receipt, the points will be automatically added to your accounts.

You can even see a list of your successful and pending referrals by tapping the “My referrals” tab, at the top of the page.

Pro-Tip: You can give a “nudge” to anyone that hasn’t followed through on their referral. This will send a friendly reminder to download or snap their first receipt.

Step 3 | Redeem your points for gift cards

There are a variety of ways to use your Fetch Points. The most popular is to redeem them for free gift cards. Fetch offers a huge variety of gift cards, including retail giants like Amazon and Target. You can get your favorite fast food for free at places like Taco Bell or Burger King or dine in at restaurants like Chili’s or Outback Steakhouse. You can even order in with an Uber Eats gift card. There’s also a huge variety of gift cards for home improvement, beauty, health, travel, pets, and more.

If you are feeling generous with your points, you can even donate them to a charity of your choice. Select “Charity” under the “Rewards” tab to choose from a variety of noble charities like Habitat for Humanity, Water.org, American Cancer Society, and many more.

If you are feeling lucky, you can use your points to enter a Fetch sweepstakes. With prizes like $1000 Visa cards, it could be worth a roll of the dice. The more points you use, the more likely you are to win.

There’s no point limit

100k Fetch Points is only the beginning. Fetch FAQs

Is Fetch safe?

Yes, one of our primary goals is to ensure that your personal information and data are always secure.

How many receipts can I snap?

Fetch currently has a limit of submitting 35 receipts within a 7-day period.

This 35-receipt limit is based on the date you snap the receipt, not the checkout date. This simply means that over a rolling 7-day period, you can snap up to 35 receipts. If you hit that limit, you can snap more of your receipts as the oldest of your receipts fall outside of that 7-day window.

If you are waiting to upload a receipt with a special offer, it will still be awarded points as long as the checkout date is within the offer timeline.

eReceipts that are processed on your account will not count towards this 35-receipt limit.

Can Fetch scan email receipts?

Yes, you can securely connect your email accounts, as well as your Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Instacart accounts, to Fetch to securely and instantly scan all of your online receipts for points. After tapping the camera icon, tap the blue eReceipt option and watch the points roll in.

Does Fetch support Spanish or other languages?

Fetch is proud to support both English and Spanish-speaking users. We are currently working on adding support for other languages, so that everyone can easily snap their receipts and earn points for free gift cards.

Can I snap the receipts that I’ve picked off the ground?

Fetch is addicting, we know, and you might want to snap literally every receipt in your sight. As tempting as it is to grab a receipt that was left behind at a register or in a parking lot, please resist the urge. Per our rules, we’re asking our users to snap only the receipts that are from the purchases that are made by them. By playing fairly, you help us provide the maximum savings to our wonderful Fetch Family!

I accidentally snapped the same receipt twice. Will I get banned?

So you find a receipt in your pocket and decide to snap it, and it turns out that you’ve already submitted it. What happens next? Our system is built the way that it accepts each receipt only once. If a duplicate is submitted, it will be rejected as a duplicate and no points will be added to your account.

We understand that this happens though, so no worries – as long as it’s an accident, you will be able to continue snapping!

Do points drop after the first few snaps?

When you join our Fetch Family, we want to give you a warm welcome! So while you’re learning how to navigate Fetch, snap receipts, and scan eReceipts, we’re adding some bonus points to your first few receipts. You will still be able to continue earning thousands of points after that by completing the offers available on the Discover page of the app and inviting your friends and family to join the Fetch Fam!

Will my points expire if I don’t use them until the end of the year?

The good news is they will not! If you don’t want to spend all your points on holiday presents and save them until later, rest assured when the clock strikes twelve and the new year comes, the points will still be there!

However, make sure to keep snapping receipts as they will expire after 90 days of inactivity on the app (meaning no snaps, no gaming, no redemptions, etc). We don’t want this to happen, so we’ll notify you via the email address on your Fetch account and by text message before it’s too late!

How long do I have to wait for a reward to be processed? Can I speed up the processing

Congratulations on snagging a reward! This varies from user to user, but please keep in mind that it may take up to 72 hours to be fully processed. This is to ensure the security of your account and your hard-earned reward.

There’s currently no way to expedite the process, but we will send you an email and a pop-up notification as soon as it’s ready and waiting for you!

Why can I no longer see my activity in the app?

Your activity and past receipts are still available in the app! They’ve just moved to a different section. You can access your receipt history, statistics, and point history by tapping on your point balance which is displayed in the upper, right-hand corner of your screen.
