Fetch Play rewards you for playing mobile games, and gamers earn an average of 1,900 additional points per week thanks to Fetch Play. Here’s how it works:
- Open the Fetch app.
- Tap the joystick icon in the top right corner (it’s next to your point balance).
- Tap the “Play now” button.
- Browse the current catalog of games.
- Click “Play now” beneath the game you want to start playing.

Every game in Fetch Play is free to download and free to play, including popular games like Monopoly Go. When you buy your new Xbox or PS5 games through Fetch Shop, you can also earn points on the dollar just for buying yourself a new game.
However you earn your points, they can all be redeemed toward a video game gift card to cover your next PS5 or Xbox game.
What is Monster Hunter Wilds?
Monster Hunter Wilds is the latest installment in Capcom’s acclaimed Monster Hunter franchise, known for its immersive gameplay and fantastical worlds with even more fantastical beasts. Monster Hunter Wilds builds on everything fans know and love about the franchise with new gameplay set in the appropriately named New World.
An untamed landscape filled with exciting new monsters, Monster Hunter Wilds places you on an expedition team investigating mysterious phenomena that threaten the balance of the New World ecosystem. Words can only say so much; see for yourself what Monster Hunter Wilds brings to the table in the trailer:
Monster Hunter Wilds gameplay features
Here are five of our favorite Monster Hunter Wilds gameplay updates you can expect to define the next era of the franchise:
- Expanded Exploration: This is the first game in the franchise to offer a seamless open-world experience. No loading between zones as you travel from snowy mountains to dense jungles to open plains for a more immersive experience.
- Dynamic Time and Weather: Monster behavior and environmental hazards will now depend on time of day and weather. Plan your hunts around storms to ambush monsters (or to know when to stay in familiar territory).
- New Companion Options: Palicoes are back, and they’ve brought a friend. The Wylder is a new companion creature that can provide buffs, help you hunt and even craft items while you’re out in the field.
- Expanded Arsenal and Upgraded Combat: New moves and mechanics are introduced for all 14 weapon types, and a new “Wild Gear” system lets you easily customize weapons and armor with unique elements of monsters you’ve harvested materials from.
- Story-Driven Campaign: Monster Hunter Wilds brings a more cohesive story and memorable characters, giving greater depth to the game than just chasing after Zinogre or Rathalos.
What platforms will Monster Hunter Wilds be available on?
Monster Hunter Wilds will be available on three platforms: PlayStation 5, Xbox One and PC.
If you’re a Nintendo Switch gamer who doesn’t have one of those three platforms, it might be a bit before Monster Hunter Wilds makes its way to your console, if it ever does. You can still get your Monster Hunter fix with Generations Ultimate (GenU) and Rise.
How much will Monster Hunter Wilds cost?
The Monster Hunter Wilds price will depend on which version you’re interested in:
- Monster Hunter Wilds Standard Edition price: $69.99 on PS5, Xbox and PC (digital or physical)
- Monster Hunter Wilds Steelbook price: $74.99 on PS5 and Xbox (physical only)
- Monster Hunter Wilds Deluxe Edition price: $89.99 on PS5, Xbox and PC (digital only)
- Monster Hunter Wilds Premium Deluxe Edition price: $109.99 on PS5, Xbox and PC (digital only)
While the Monster Hunter Wilds price is about on par with other AAA games, save yourself some cash (or upgrade to the Deluxe or Premium Deluxe) by trading in your Fetch Points for a gift card to cover the PS5, Xbox or PC edition of the game.
When will Monster Hunter Wilds get released?
Monster Hunter Wilds is being released on all platforms on February 28, 2025.
If you’re the kind of gamer who needs a physical copy, it’s best to pre-order now. Digital gamers should also pre-order sooner rather than later so they can have the game queued up to download as soon as possible on the 28th.
